Unlike the competition, Milnor’s Energy Saver Seal permits lower dryer temperatures due to the intelligent Air Flow Control. Because of the Energy Saver Seal, Milnor dryers can run on a significantly lower temperature, which extends the linen life and cuts operating costs.
Another energy saving design feature of Milnor’s dryers is that a lower heat temperature is needed to dry the goods. This translates into less utility costs, shorter drying cycles, and more efficiency in the drying process. Also, optional heat recirculation back into the next cycle will require less exhaust air and less demanded heat for the load. Field tests have proven that Pellerin Milnor Auto Energy Saver Package will save the customer up to 35% energy costs with: the Energy Saver Seal (20% utility reduction), 100% recirculation of exhaust heat (10% utility reduction), the standard air flow damper (5% utility reduction).
