Axis Cameras

Cameras are being employed to provide visual feedback to the operators about the operation of the CBW system at key points within the system. These could include the load chute of the CBW, the interior of the press, the shuttle, loading of the dryers, etc.

The number of cameras that can be displayed on a monitor is based on the size of the monitor and if there are any other programs running. For example, Mentor can display one camera display from within the program.

There is a separate program that will display nothing but cameras. If you do not have enough cameras to fill the monitor screen, you can resize the individual camera displays on the monitor.
1. Simply extract the executable from the zip file and place in the drynet directory.
2. Open the program and follow the menu to configure the cameras. Drynet's camera configure is identical.
3. To resize the images:
Open the registry. Right mouse click on the "Start" button and select "Run" in the menu.
type in "regedit" (without the quotes) and click the "Ok" button

Navigate to --> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMilnorMilnor_Camera

You will see a setting called "CameraSize0to1500"
Double click on the name and a box will appear. Change the "Base" to "Decimal" and put in a "50".
Then reload the displays. It will make it a little bigger.
If it's not big enough simply increase that number till you get the size you want.
