Mag Flow Sensor

Magnetic flow sensors are used on a Pulse Flow application to accurately measure the flow of water into the CBW. They provide counts (pulses) through a Display Unit 8045 to a High Speed I/O card. The circuitry monitors how much water has flowed and knows that we desire the total quantity of water to complete flowing at time of transfer. We send a signal via an Analog to Digital card to the inverter that drives the pump. Thus we speed up or slow down the inverter driven pump to control the flow rate.

It is imperative that the flow meter and sensors work.
If you need to calibrate them meter and sensor, after either unit is replaced or you have reason to believe they are not working correctly, follow the attached procedure.
