Clipper's part number for lacing on belts approximately 1/8" to 3/8" is 08220-12SP.

If the customer has belting material available, the customer can also add a splice to a damaged belt.

The belting must be square before adding the lacing to the belt. If the belting is raised for better gripping, the raised portion needs to be removed. This can be sanded away with a belt sander or cut away with a razor knife. Remove only the raised portion of the belting, or belt strength will be sacrificed.

A tool to install the lacing is required. The Vise Lacer 7" is available from Clipper, but Clipper may be able to recommend a better tool.
