Attached is the Burks Installation and Operation Manual. Burks pumps have been used on Splitter, Lifter, and Reuse / Flush Tank applications on CBW's. The Burks pump has a plastic case with a plastic impeller. Typically it is a 3/4 hp motor. On page 4 and 5 it goes through the instructions on how to change the mechanical seal.
