Ol2

OL2 stands for Drive Overload. The inverter drive's output current has exceeded the drive's overload curve. The motor is overloading the drive.

For an F7 drive, if the output current exceeds 150% of the Heavy Duty Current limit for 1 minute, or 110% of the Normal Duty Current limit for one minute, the fault will occur.
Check your constants programming on the inverter to ensure that the proper settings are in place.

If in doubt, reinitialize the inverter and then program the constants for your inverter and Milnor Model. This ensures that all inverter constants are reset to Yaskawa default, and you will then change or program only the constants that are necessary for the Milnor Model application.

Check the load of the motor to the inverter. If the inverter has recently been changed, too small of inverter may have been installed. Compare the output current requirements of the inverter to the Full Load Amps (FLA) of the motor.

The drive belts may be too tight causing the loading to increase to the inverter.
