• On Milnor’s website https://www.milnor.com/, there is a tab labeled Support & Safety. When you hover over or click on that tab, the first link under that tab is entitled “Technical Knowledge Base.”
• When you click on that link, the world of Milnor is open for you, your customer, your service technicians and everyone in general to explore and learn quite a lot of information about Milnor machinery.
• At the top of the page is a Search window with the phrase “What would you like to know”. Beneath that window is a listing of popular articles that have been published.
• You can type any subject matter in the search window and when you hit enter, a listing of articles, documents and video links (if relevant) are listed that best matches your search.
• The search can be service related so that technicians can look up information pertaining to service matter relating to a Milnor machine.
• The search can be sales related to help you bring value to your customer. Examples include “how to program a wash formula in E-P Plus?” or “how do I back up MilTouch?”
• Should you not be able to find information from the hundreds of documents, articles and video links relating to your question, there is a link at the bottom of the page where you can request the information you need.
• This is a very powerful and readily available resource for you, your organization and customers to help learn as much as possible about Milnor machinery and to keep them operating properly.
