SUBJECT: EXCHANGE OLD MARK I MICROPROCESSOR SIMULATORS FOR MARK II

Dear MILNOR Dealer:

Our new Mark II microprocessor control is absolutely the very best in our industry -- with its ease of programming, flexibility of manual control, diagnostics, download capability, and on and on.

As you know, a Mark II simulator is available. It can recreate any machine run or program function, and serves as your best tool for learning and teaching programming (to your own personnel and to chemical suppliers).

The problem is, many dealers have simulators for the Mark I microprocessor, which was replaced by Mark II. What do you do now with your Mark I simulator?

I'm happy to inform you that, if you have either of the two old style Mark I simulators (the blue one with all of the output lights or the aluminum suitcase style), we will exchange it for anew Mark II simulator (aluminum suitcase style), at no charge.

Simply return your old Mark I simulator to us (prepaid) with your purchase order number or note requesting an exchange. Please allow four to eight weeks for delivery.

We hope this offer will help in your continuing sales and service effort.

Sincerely,

PELLERIN MILNOR CORPORATION
