SUBJECT: HOW "STEAM BOIL" ACTUALLY WORKS

Dear MILNOR Dealer:

Accompanying this dealer bulletin is MSSM0D04AE/89502V, which is a section which has recently been added to the dye machine technical manual.

Please review this section so that you may explain to your customers that since there is no such thing as a standard temperature at which a "rolling boil" will always occur it is absolutely necessary that the maximum commanded temperature in a microprocessor be several degrees below what might normally be thought of as "boiling" so that the customer may adjust the manual vernier valve to achieve a "rolling boil" given the specific circumstance of the installation.

Please give this information wide distribution, no only within your organization bu also among your customers, as it will certainly assist them in using our machines to their best potential.
