SUBJECT: WEEK-END AND HOLIDAY EMERGENCY TECHNICAL SUPPORT


Dear MILNOR Dealer/Customer:

For a number of months, the Pellerin MILNOR Technical Support staff has provided week-end and holiday emergency technical assistance. This offering includes troubleshooting help and parts shipments.

With few exceptions, most in-stock parts can ship to a dealer or customer site by scheduled air freight carriers. In addition, troubleshooting services are available.

In order to receive emergency technical help, you should dial 504-467-9591, ext. 91. You will be prompted with a message which indicates when the service is provided and the cost of the service. For $100.00 per hour, a MILNOR field engineer will be available for telephone support and, if necessary, the shipment of components from the Pellerin MILNOR facility.

Our primary focus for this service is CBW users who run extended shifts and those who place high demands on their production equipment. However, the service is not limited to these customers.

Please keep this service in mind when servicing equipment during the week-end or on holidays.
