SUBJECT: INFLATABLE RIBS

Dear MILNOR Customer:

We have recently found the muffler - on the inflatable rib air suction circuit - to be clogged with rust particles created by sucking water and air through the carbon steel components of this air circuit.

The result of these rust particles is a clogged muffler which then prohibits the rib from being evacuated completely - allowing premature failure due to a rib extended during unload.

We recommend that you immediately remove the muffler from the Venturi circuit - this is located within the white cloth bag on the air piping behind the extractor. Please see attached drawing.

If you have any question or comments regarding the ribs or rib air circuit, please contact me directly at fax number 504-469-9777.

Best regards,
