Dear MILNOR Dealer Service Managers:

For the last year and half, we have been purchasing power supplies from Total Power. Prior to that time, we were purchasing power supplies from Tectrol.

In the last year, we've received back 115 power supplies under warranty. I would assume that most of these are from Total Power. Prior to that, we received over 250 power supplies back per year under warranty. From this data, we believe the power supply reliability is higher now than before.

I am curious to know if you share the same conclusion on the reliability of power supplies in new machines. Please discuss this with your technicians and send a fax back with any details you may uncover.
