SUBJECT: WATTS BALL VALVES

Approximately a year ago, we changed the stem design on this ball valve to open up the O-ring clearances on this stem.

Prior to this O-ring change, we had a significant problem with water leaking by the stem of these valves. In addition, we also had some problems with ball valves closing completely due to the increased friction of the O-ring against the stem and ball valve body.

We're curious to know your experience with these valves within the last 12 months. We believe that the performance is better now than before, but would like your input to conclude this project.
