Set Dip Switches

How do I set dip switches on a CBW?
MILNOR machines use several types of boards. The processor must be able to distinguish the type of board(s). An "address" is set on each board to identify them. The address is set by dip switches. The solution contains a quick guide to determine an address by the hexadecimal number.
