Mentor Data Transfer

Mentor does not shift data forward at transfer time.
Tthe Mentor does not shift data forward at transfer time even though the goods are physically transferred. This is possible but highly unlikely. The rrot caused may be a PC that is operating slowly or bound up in a state that consumes all the PC resources.
For mentor not to transfer the data, there would have to be no communication between the PC and the '186 from rotation state 0C through the pause at top dead center, about 5 or 6 seconds depending on the pause time. It would have to be an extremely slow PC.
The task manager should be emplyed to see if the PC's resources are tied up. We have seen a virus and also some spyware cause this as the PC cannot normally access the web since it is not normally networked to the outside world.
Since the PC was able to work at one point in its life, you should eleiminate the problem that caused the PC resources to get consumed.
One quick solution is to reduce resource usage by lowering the display settings in Control Panel to a lower color palette. From true color to high color makes a huge difference in resource usage.
ANy software other than the Mentor and Milnor applications should be removed from the PC. If the PC is networked you should also look at any application that is using the network for hogging of resources.
