Recircone Xfer Fault

There have been some cases of a transfer fault from the CBW after adding RECIRCONE to an existing CBW.

This applies specifically to cases where Recircone would be added to an existing CBW (prior to Pulse Flow) in the field.

I just want to make sure that we have a good understanding on the below situation. If it happened once, it will happen again as we add Recircone to existing CBW's.

Recently a customer had a case where they were getting transfer errors between the CBW and the Cobuc. Apparently this is all tied into the output timer for Start Flush After Transfer. If this timer times out before the transfer process is complete we get a transfer error. The facility had recently added Recircone and had shortened the time for the Flush Pump Timer. The timer was counting down to zero prior to the Cobuc being fully retracted after receiving the goods, thus we had an error.

Be careful about reducing the time for the Start Flush After Transfer output timer too short and setting yourself up for a transfer error. This will apply to all serial Miltron and Mentor software versions prior to 20B02.
