Ball Bushing Collar

Ball bushing collar under Marshmallow creeps up shaft
Applies to 36036X**, 42026X**, and 42032X** machines.
The ball bushing pivot under the marshmellow is designed with a collar to isolate the suspension shaft from the ball bushing. The collar (or bushing) creeps up inside the marshmellow and leaves the shaft unprotected inside the ball bushing. A knocking noise may be witnessed when the shaft is touching the ball bushing if the machine is swinging in the frame.

The solution is to place a nylon flat washer above the collar to hold the collar down into the ball bushing under the marshmellow. The washer part number is 15U349A. Two (2) washers are required per assembly.
