There is a new processor board available for the EP Plus machines. The board is much more noise resistant than the older style board. There can be some compatibility issues with the board and some of the older displays. The attached document explains the different display types and which are compatible with this new processor board. On some older boards there is a plug difference on the output MTA. New boards have a white MTA, while some older boards have an orange MTA. See the attached pictures to see if you fall into this situation. If so, you will need a plug adaptor 10YMTA24CP.
