This document is intended to educate users before purchasing and installing a new perforated press bed cover sheet and the associated parts under the sheet. If the structural components are failed under the perforated sheet, zig zags and liner tray then the success of the part replacement will be jeopardized. See the attachment for details.

An engineering drawing and template were made for drilling the holes in the press deck plate. The template is not needed to accomplish the work. marking and center punching the hole locations is sufficient.
The only parts needed are threaded rods, grade 5 or better, and 1" nuts to turn the threaded rod into the tapped holes.
the threaded rod part number is X7 20798 and is simply a 16" threaded rod made from 1" 8 TPI threaded rod, Milnor part number, 17R032. the nuts are part number 15G250.
