Uv2

UV2 means Control Power Supply Undervoltage. There are internal power supplies that supply power to the control circuitry. These power supplies supply +15vdc and -15vdc. The -15vdc is the one that is monitored for this fault code.

If the power supply voltage is pulled down due to an excessive load, the keypad may blank and not show a fault code at all.
The control circuit has detected an undervoltage condition while running.

Common causes include an external load has pulled down the drive's power supplies or there is a short on the power/gate drive board.

Corrective Action includes
Cycle power to the drive. To measure voltages, set your Digital Multimeter to Volts DC. With the positive lead on +V and the negative lead on AC, the voltmeter should read the +15vdc power supply. With the positive lead on -V and the negative lead on AC, the voltmeter should read the -15vdc power supply.
If the keypad is blank, and the inverter charge LED is lit, remove all control power to see if the keypad comes back when power is returned. If it does, there is a load on the power supply. Investigate. If it doesn't come back, replace the Gate Drive Printed Circuit Board.
